What are your opening times? |
Monday - Friday we open at 7:30am and close at 5:00pm and are open through lunchtime.
Saturdays we open at 8:30am and close at 4:00pm
Sundays we are closed
We are open every bank holiday except Christmas. |
What are your delivery charges? |
Local deliveries within the Burnley and Pendle area are free of charge if the order value is over £100 (excluding VAT) if the order value is under £100 there is a standard charge of £10.00 plus VAT.
Deliveries outside the Pendle area are dependent on distance and transportation method (our own transport or courier etc.) weight and size of consignments and timescales; please contact our sales department for accurate delivery costs. |
How do I pay for my order? |
If paying at the sales counter, we accept credit/charge cards and cash but unfortunately no longer accept cheques.
If paying over the phone, we accept credit/debit card providing the card is registered at the delivery address. Or we accept Cash on delivery (sorry no cheques)
If placing orders online, we accept credit/debit cards and PayPal is also an option. |
Where about's are you? |
Arriving from M65
The M65 Motorway currently ends at Colne. Take the second exit off the roundabout at the end of the motorway (signposted "Whitewalls Ind. Est."). Continue along the dual-carriageway to the next roundabout and take the first exit (Colne) along the A56. We are situated approximately one quarter of a mile on the right-hand side, opposite the Primet Business Centre and directly behind the large advertising billboards.
Arriving from Yorkshire
Take the one-way system around Colne town centre - passing the Police/Fire stations and the bus station. Continue down the main street (past the Town Hall), down the hill and under the railway bridge. We are situated one quarter of a mile after the railway bridge on the left-hand side of the road, directly behind the advertising billboards.

Are your products measured in metric or imperial? |
Please be aware that 3.6 Metre's is not 12 Foot! Although people often refer to a standard rail as a 12' rail, they are actually 3.6 metre. The majority of our products are actually metric and will be listed accordingly, please check before ordering. Here are a couple of conversion examples:
