Delivery Info Jump to: Local Area Delivery Skipton & keighley Delivery Thursday Delivery Out Of Area UK Mainland Courier Northern Ireland, Highlands & Channel Islands May 2022 Changes Regrettably due to heightened fuel and delivery costs we have had to increase the free delivery threshold to £200 including Vat, this is effective as of 1st May 2022. Additonally we are also unable to offer free delivery on gas orders and will now charge £5 (inc Vat) for this service. We have not taken these decisions lightly, however due to the ever increasing costs, we are no longer able to absorb this. All prices listed on the map are inclusive of VAT Local Area Delivery We are now able to reduce out-of-area carriage charges by consolidating and scheduling orders to several popular destinations on a weekly basis (if you are prepared to wait for your area's specific delivery day). We deliver to the Burnley and Pendle (BB8, BB9, BB10, BB11, BB12, and BB18) area throughout the week Monday - Friday, delivering both gas and timber. Where possible, inform us at the outset if there are any access difficulties (e.g. narrow lanes or steep drive), so that an appropriatly sized vehicle can be allocated to your order. Wednesday deliveries to Skipton, Keighley and surrounding areas. On Wednesdays we are able to offer reduced delivery rates and even free delivery, to Skipton, Keighley and the surrounding areas (BD20-BD24 Postcodes). Any order placed with a value of £200 or more (inc VAT) is eligible for free delivery on a Wednesday. Any order less than £200 is eligible for a reduced delivery charge of £12. Orders can still be placed for the BD20-BD24 postcode areas for other days, however a delivery charge will be applied. These can be found on the delivery map by clicking on the respective postcode. Thursday deliveries to Blackburn with Darwen On Thursdays we are able to offer reduced delivery rates and even free delivery, to Blackburn with Darwen and the surrounding areas (BB1-BB3, BB5 & BB6 Postcodes). UK Mainland Some items we sell are small enough to be sent via Royal Mail or courier, which will depend on the size and weight of the products that you order. Some items are ineligible for delivery via courier, Items include but are not limited to: Garden furniture over 4' (1.2m) or weight greater than 30kg Lengths of timber with a length greater than 2.4m All gas cylinders All fence panels (unless otherwise stated), if these are required please contact us for an accurate delivery cost - as these will have to be palletised due to the fragile nature of the panels All paints, preservatives and hazardous liquids unless stated otherwise     When will I receive my order? We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. And the we will provide tracking information by email - most orders are shipped using a next working day service where possible. How much will it cost? We charge a flat rate of £12 including VAT for all UK mainland deliveries, for all orders that are suitable to be dispatched with a courier, which will be dispatched where possible on a fully tracked next working day service. Where the delivery charge is less the difference will be refunded. Orders to Highlands and Islands may require an additional charge to be paid. Where possible please ring us for an accurate price. It is difficult to quote a standard price for delivery, due to the many factors which vary with each individual order, for example, distance, size, weight and volume of many of our products.   Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Channel Islands Please note we are currently unable to send any items via courier to Northern Ireland, Highlands (including Outer Hebredies & Shetlands), Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
