Half round posts specifically used for lightweight post and rail fencing. They come in 2 varieties. Peeled or machined.
Peeled posts are generally stronger then usual machined round posts, due to the varying size of the post. They aren't an attractive style post and so are typically used as field posts, or in places where aesthetics aren't as important. They are cheaper then the equivalent machined round posts. Where Machined posts have a smoother finish and are more aesthetically pleasing. |
