The GateMate® Adjustable Steel Gate Frame Kit is a fully-adjustable, high-quality, robust solution for creating sturdy gates (clad with timber, composite, or sheet materials).

Ideal for build-on-site gates, where bespoke sizes are required. The vertical and horizontal joints fit together so that the width and height of the gate may be increased or decreased telescopically.

CONSTRUCTION
The steel frame is manufactured from box section steel. Outer telescopic parts are formed with 35mm x 35mm square hollow section, and inner telescoping parts from 30mm x 30mm square hollow section. Corner joints and T-joints are formed with full welds, linished and polished before coating.

FINISH
The steel frame is coated with a Dacromet® zinc-coating, before black powder coating (RAL 9005). In-house salt-spray tested to 500 hours.
