Our 9mm Bead & Butt MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard) is a decorative wall and panelling board designed to create a traditional beaded appearance with the consistency and ease of MDF. Manufactured on a moisture resistant MDF core, it is suitable for internal use in areas subject to increased humidity.

Supplied factory primed, the boards are ready for final painting, helping to reduce installation and finishing time on site.

"Long-Grain" means that the "bead & butt" groove design runs across the long dimension ("length") of the board (as shown in the respective product image).

"Short-Grain" means that the "bead & butt" groove design runs across the short dimension ("width") of the board (as shown in the respective product image).

Installation & Finishing Guidance

• Designed for internal use only
• Suitable for areas of intermittent humidity, not direct water exposure
• Fix using appropriate adhesives and/or concealed fixings
• Seal all cut edges before final decoration
• Apply a suitable topcoat paint after installation

Proper edge sealing and finishing will help ensure long-term performance and appearance.
